The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator-controlled discharge chute. The foot operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

The 5 Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface.

Overall the install was very simple and appears to be a quality product. I had a few questions in reference to installing cable. I sent an email to Grass Flap and was quickly contacted by David within a couple of hours (on a Saturday). I'm very happy with the product and customer service!
Purchased Grass flap for my new Bobcat 3548 mower. Very well made, instructions well done. Works great and I like the foot pedal operation. Website was easy to find the correct flap for a particular mower. $400 my see a little too expensive but with a mower costing 9k. It becomes relative.
The GrassFlap works well and is so much better than the manufacturer's mulch plate.There is some small debris that is thrown out from the bottom of the flap that can blowback into the operator's face if the wind catches it correctly. This is limited if you mow with the chute facing inward instead of the customery blowing to the outside. But other than that, I am very satisfied with the GrassFlap.

The product is very well made and sturdy. The finish looks great. Everything I could have needs was included. I expected installation to take some time but it took more than I thought. It was very fiddly and I allowed myself to get frustrated. I went back to their many YouTube videos and that helped me a lot. Support is available. Overall a great addition to my Bobcat ZT2000 48” for homeowner use.
