GrassFlap® Return Policy
Return Window: 60 days from delivery date.
GrassFlap® will only accept returns with prior approval. If you wish to return a product please send an email to support@grassflap.com explaining the reason for the return request. You will receive a confirmation email with return policy.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once inspected and processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
The refund amount will be as follows.
1. FULL REFUND when GrassFlap® supplied the wrong unit or a unit that qualifies for a warranty claim. See warranty for full details.
2. UNIT COST less $35.00 RESTOCKING when customer changed their mind and returns the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker in original packaging using GrassFlap® provided return shipping label. Parts have not been removed from wrapping.
3. UNIT COST less $20.00 RESTOCKING when customer changed their mind and returns the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker in original packaging using self-provided return shipping label. Parts have not been removed from wrapping.
4. UNIT COST less up to 30% RESTOCKING when unit is returned in opened or used condition but still functional condition.
ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE PACKED PROPERLY TO ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH RMA NUMBER. DO NOT STACK STEEL PIECES TOGETHER WITHOUT SOMETHING BETWEEN THEM.
GRASSFLAP® RESERVES THE OPTION TO DECLINE A SHIPMENT IF IT HAS LOOSE PARTS IN THE BOX.
