The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

The 5 Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface.
Installation
Assembly is required. May require drilling the foot deck.
Was a little concerned where I was going to put the foot pedal on a stand-on mower. I think it turned out pretty good. It's not in the way, I just have to get used to using it. Followed the cable adjustment video and it's relatively easy to lift or lower the flap while on the go. Hardest part to figure out was cable placement and pedal placement, after that the instruction were pretty easy to follow. Works as advertised and really pleased with the functionality. I did have to drill two holes for the pedal, but only to wallow out the foot gripper holes, as they lined up with the holes on the pedal to bolt through.
Been using GrassFlaps on my stand on mowers for the last 5 years. Great product. Cables seem to be the most common wearable item, but overall a great product.
Man these folks are amazing I was having some issues buddy got on the phone with me and explained everything step by step really helpful definitely would recommend also grass flap works great definitely going to buy a few more for my other mowers

My kit did not include the no-drill mount. Also wish I knew there was a plastic or metal gate option. There is no way I would have chosen plastic. I just assumed it would be metal like my SurferPro gate. I ordered the hand-lever upgrade and did not receive a no-drill hand lever as is shown on Youtube. I placed my order after getting advice from GrassFlap on a phone call and ordered the parts they advised. I live remotely so I can expect this will take weeks to sort....

Works well, Install took about as long as expected, cable routing was not like they showed but once I got it on I am happy. Wish it came with a handle instead of foot pedal but thats a personal preference. Thought it was on the higher end price wise but it is made to last and will only have to purchase once, would buy again

The grass flap is far superior to other discharge blocks on the market. The design is user friendly, doesn't require a hand movement to raise or lower the flap, and most importantly, the flap is completely out of the way in the wide open position!
