The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

The 5L Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface and has an L shaped base for mounting.
Installation
Assembly is required. May require drilling the foot deck.

I am very pleased with your product. Your website is set up very well in regards to finding the correct system for my specific mower. I chose your product for two reasons, no drill installation and hands free operation. I have been doing a lot of research on chute blockers and recently had the opportunity to see one in person and the gentleman had everything good to say about it so it sealed the deal. I have a 2020 Hustler X-ONE and mow 10 acres and I can't believe I have been doing it for so many years without a grass flap. Saves time on road frontage by not blowing into the street, saves me from the possibility of breaking a window on the house or vehicles, and keeps grass off my sidewalks, driveway, and crop. I no longer have to deadhead so my stripping looks much better on part of the property also. Overall I love the design, functionality, and build quality. I have been spreading the word about grass flap and I'd like to say thank you for creating such a great product.

I am very impressed with the quality and functionality of the Grass Flap shoot. You can use your foot to control how much grass exits the deck which is very handy while operating around precious obstacles. I'm definitely saving time by not double or triple tracking. 5 stars, will buy another one!
Very good product and nice design. I only gave it 4 stars because the 2 bolts that hold the flapper on were too short couldn't even get a full nut on it to reach the nylon part. Also I had to use 6 washers instead of 4 (like the instructions call for) The part where the spring hooks on was hitting the deck of the mower so the extra two washers held it up higher and kept it from hitting. Overall works good instructions a little confusing but I made it through it would recommend it

I have a new Hustler X-One and had a new grass flap installed prior to using. Grass blows all up all under the deck and all over me when closed. Any recommendations?
Product is a great product. I would not have a mower without a grass flap. I found directions to be vague and online support videos could be a lot more detailed.

Installed the grassflap on a 2017 Hustler x-one. It was my first of these to install, it took a while but overall went well. It seems well made and operates smoothly. I wish it had an easy way to maintain an intermediate position instead of having to use my foot. the main blocker plate is plastic, Earlier today I read a metal one is available, if the plastic one wears out It is easy to make a new one. Giving 4 stars, it really needs a way to hold partially open. Other wise an excellent product!
Thought it was gone be the metal plate but it’s a hard plastic one gotta see how long it last😬
Great product
Absolutely love my grassflap. This is the second one I've had, the first being on a hustler fastrak and now this one on an X-One. The no-drill mount for the X-One was so easy to install and works perfect. I had the first one for over 350hrs and didn't have a single problem, and expect the same results on this one. Well made.
So far I love it. It is winter so grass is all weeds. The install was very easy for me. Maybe 1 hour or so. Hardest part was making sure my adjustment was correct for the pedal. Works perfect with ease of a foot press . Made a pass through the high weeds in my yard and had no clippings to run back over. That is a plus for me all day long. Thanks for a very high-quality built product. One of the best things that I think I've purchased in a long time I am super happy with it
