The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker can fit most zero-turn mowers.

What's Included
The kit includes everything needed to install and operate the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker.
This includes:
- All steel flap assembly to mount to discharge opening
- 5L pedal (10-99-41)
- 50" cable (10-99-08)
- Mount Plate
- Mounting hardware for installation
The 5L Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface and has an L shaped base for mounting.
Installation
Assembly is required, including drilling holes in mower deck and operator foot deck to install.
Great product I would definitely buy it again for my next mower. Installation was not that hard.

After watching the cable adjustment video on YouTube a couple times, installation and adjustment was a cakewalk.. It works as promised, only better.. operation is effortless.
I do highly recommend the GrassFlap 110%. My only regret is not buying the GrassFlap when I bought my Zero Turn 3 years ago.. It's worth every penny and more.. and Made In The USA. Thanks David and the GrassFlap team. 😎

the only shute blocker available for the hustler raptor and it works very well. Just trying to figure out a way to use the bagger with it without having to take it off
So far the ease of being able to mulch on demand is fantastic. Comes in handy at all the right times. I would like to see a design implemented where the flap has uniform holes for better airflow and maybe a metal screen on the inside to back up the air holes to contain debris while allowing good vaccum to come in. Ive seen alot of cons on the cables breaking so maybe a more respectable cable or a hand lever instead of cables.
GrassFlap... the name says it all. When closed the GrassFlap seals up good and blocks grass from blowing where you don't want it to. The best part is the pedal to open and close the GrassFlap compared to most others that use a hand lever which is more difficult with a zero turn. Overall it is a great product.
It was easy to put on works great. I do commercial lawn care and this is a must have for your mower in my opinion. I was glad I was able to find a chute blocker that would work on the hustler raptor. Only thing it did take a little while for me to adjust the cable just right to close the chute when I first installed it it would open but not shut but even that only took about 15 minutes so it wasn't the worst. I'll definitely buy a grass flap again when I get another mower!
