I purchased a GrassFlap for my 2023 Exmark Radius with the 52" UltraCut Series 3 deck, and I've been very pleased with it.

Installation took approximately 30–40 minutes. I had to make a minor adjustment to the grass catcher I hang on the deck, but no modifications to the mower deck itself were required.

I needed a solution to control where clippings were discharged, especially around flower beds, parked vehicles, and neighboring properties. The foot-operated control works very well and has been reliable. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to partially open the flap. This allows clippings to discharge without creating a windrow while still preventing them from being thrown excessively into the wind.

I would like to install one on my Exmark Turf Tracer as well, but I previously modified that mower using a Bad Boy discharge chute, so I'm not sure it would be a direct fit and I'm hesitant to change my current setup.

Overall, the GrassFlap has been an excellent addition to my Radius. Installation was straightforward, no deck modifications were necessary, and it allows me to mow efficiently without worrying about throwing grass clippings where they don't belong. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for better discharge control on their mower.

I'm a retired senior with a large property to mow, and I like to do it myself. I wanted an operator controlled chute blocker to prevent having to blow off the driveway and keep clippings out of flower beds. I researched all kinds of chute blockers: ones with electric motors, hand lever models, etc. But I kept coming back to the Grass Flap. First, there was a no drill mount for my EXmark deck. Second, the flap fits the deck perfectly. It looks like the machine was built with the flap installed as factory equipment. Third, the simplicity of the cable/springs made it not only easy to install, but aLao easy to operate. I'm very happy with it. So I'm gonna "keep on flapping".

Product is quality made and was very easy to install. Love that I did not have to drill any holes on my new Emark Radius S mower. It's easy to use and required no adjustment the first time out.

Just installed and used for the first time. It's very easy to install and is a heavy duty product.

On a side note, I was at my Kubota dealer prior to my install, and told them how easy your website was to find the exact match on my Exmark Zero turn and, I didn't have to drill into it. He texted me a few days later and told me they are now a dealer for you all based on my recommendation. Great product.

Very fast shipping, ordered at 9 am, received at noon next day. Quality appears to be great great (no grass yet). Instructions not super clear and hardware sent didn't match what pics and instructions showed (size, length and type bolts) but managed with a few of my own. Cable adjustment instructions other than attachment don't exist but found a god video. Most difficult part of installation is attaching spring!

Grassflap is a great instrument added to my exmark. It works great. Did not have to drill anywhere on my mower, however I did have trim two pieces of metal so I could use the accelerator bagger. Other than that, it works great. Thank you.

I'm very happy with my new grass flap on my E-series X-mark 60-inch zero-turn mower. It was easy to install, especially after watching the videos, which made the process very simple. It took me about 35 minutes to complete the installation. It works as advertised and was exactly what I needed for my home use around our gardens,driveway and patio. I highly recommend!

Flap was difficult to install, but after about an hour finally got it done.
Unfortunately the foot pedal to lift the flap needs more strength than all three men that tried. I had several people try to install with no luck. As this was the most expensive flap and technically the only one designed for my Exmark 52 in, I feel the $430 charged is a ripoff especially with such poor results. I finally attached a rope to flap to physically lift it up.

Easy install and works great, I wish I had purchased yrs ago!

Installed on 2025 Exmark Radius S 52" cut. Installation took about 30 to 45 minutes and was pretty much straight forward. This is my 2nd GrassFlap purchase the first being on a 2021 Scag Tiger Cat II. I am well pleased with both of them.

Works great very pleased with it and cheaper than own original ex mark one and they have a rubber flap that lets grass blow out

The customer service for this product is on point! They are very helpful and want to make sure that you are happy with your product. At first, it was an adjustment just like with the grass flap just as it is with any new tool. I love this thing. All you need is some mulching blades and you really can grind up some leaves with your lawn mower. Great, sturdy product guys! Will be buying another one for my next mower! God Bless guys!

Super easy to install, it takes a bit to get used to the pressure to open/close, but that's more of a me problem. It's amazing , works great, it's already saved me a BUNCH of time specifically on what you need to clean up at the end of the jobs.

Product was easy to install and does what it is advertised to do, however:
1.,I am having a hard time adjusting the foot lever so I can open the flap by stepping on the peddle, I have to keep my foot on the peddle to keep it open. “I gave up on adjusting it and I just open it by hand now”.
2.,I usually run full mulch kits on my machines, this allows for the operator to stay relatively clean while operating the machine. I decided to try the chute blocker on my 48” and I found that I get completely covered with grass clippings anytime I use this machine with the flap closed. “The flap does not seal tightly”
Any help with the adjustments would greatly be appreciated

Great product that I use over 100 times a day.

This kit fits perfectly. Took about 30 mins to install and was off and running! Works like a charm and the pedal insures I do not have to take my hands off the controls to operate it. Already showed it off to several neighbors who are now very likely to buy one for themselves.

The product is made very well, and fits exactly as stated. I have a 2021 Exmark radius S-series zero turn. I broke the original plastic chute going around a tree the second time I used it. I ordered this instead as it is flush with the unit and makes the turning radius tighter without the worry of catching the chute on anything. I can also control the clippings from getting into places I don't want them. It also, when in the down position, keeps rocks from flying into cars or glass, or people. I was able to mount it without any holes being drilled and it works as stated. This product is not bulky, it's easy to use and makes the unit look better to me . Think maybe Exmark and others should consider this as an option to install the grassflap on all their units. ( Maybe that's a win win situation for all ) The shipping was faster than anything I have ordered and was updating me each day. (Only took 2 days to get it.) Will not have another mower without one. They even had some videos you could pull up on-line to be able to see the install as well as instructions. I give this product an A plus. Wish I had known about this sooner. I don't usually give any reviews but this product had some thought put into it. Thanks again.
