The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

The kit includes everything needed to install and operate the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker.
This includes:
- 2-piece steel and heavy-duty plastic flap assembly to mount to discharge opening
- 5L pedal (10-99-41)
- 70" cable (10-99-07)
- No-Drill Mount 1209 (A45)
- Pedal Mount 1226 (A54)
- Mounting hardware for installation
The 5L Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface and has an L shaped base for mounting.
Installation
Assembly is required. Modification to blocker plate size and shape may be required for best fit on some mowers.
I bought a few other accessories for my new mower and this was by far my favorite. Worth every penny! I have some tight spaces to cut around and only certain ways I used to cut so I didn’t blow grass on everything. The grass flap solved that problem!

This thing is awesome! Can't believe I hadn't seen/heard of these before.put this on a Spartan srt pro. No drilling required. Paper instructions were a bit overwhelming but I found one of your install videos on utube. Pretty darn easy. I will probably take my bagger off my cub cadet and install one of these on it.thanks for making a well built product . Nothing cheap and flimsy. Should last for years
Great product. Installation on Spartan RT 61” was easy. Fine tuning both ends of the cable took some time but wasn't that bad. I mow a cemetery and this allows me to not throw grass on tombstones. Perfect for my application.
Fit perfect, great customer support when asked a question even offered to do a phone call to ensure everything working properly!
Had some trouble installing at first. Had to loosen up the spring in order for the flap to open without difficultly. After the adjustment all it takes is a quick tap of the foot pedal and it opens and closes effortlessly. I love it and will purchase this product to mount to my other 3 mowers
