The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

What's Included
The kit includes everything needed to install and operate the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker.
This includes:
- 2-piece steel and heavy-duty plastic flap assembly to mount to discharge opening
- 5L pedal (10-99-41)
- 50" cable (10-99-08)
- No-Drill Mount (A14)
- Mounting hardware for installation
The 5L Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface and has an L shaped base for mounting.
Installation
Assembly is required, including drilling holes operator foot deck to install. Modification to blocker plate size and shape may be required for best fit on some mowers.
The Grass Flap has been installed on my machine for a couple weeks now and I'm loving it. It was a bit of doing to get it set up but was not the worst thing I've ever worked through. Some YouTube video help was beneficial. Only thing I would change is the 5L pedal. I feel like it's much more bulky than it needs to be for my particular mower at least. It takes up the full width of the foot rest area from top to bottom and I have to lift and slide the foot board of the mower left or right to clear the pedal instead of being able to lift it straight out. The 5 pedal would probably be a perfect match for my 54" Fastrak SDX but there were no mounting issues with the 5L. Thanks from Canada for an awesome addition to my mowing operation!
Great product, easy installation. The No Drill bracket was the deciding factor why I chose this product. The hands free foot pedal is great!! Very happy I chose this product first and not others. All though I feel the product is a little on the expensive side, very satisfied and glad I purchased ! GREAT PRODUCT will recommend to all my friends!

Install went great and the functionally works so well. Going to save me a lot of time now that I dont have to push mow between building structures and mulched beds.
Assembly is not for the weak minded. This attachment has made my life infinitely easier. Highly suggested and would run this on every mower i buy for many years to come.
Much easier installation than I expected. Keep in mind I purchases the "no drill" kit though. Looks great and works great.
