The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

The 5 Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface.
Installation
Assembly is required. Modification to blocker plate size and shape may be required for best fit on some mowers.
Just finished disassembling my advanced chute system on my Bad Boy Maverick 54”. I had to find an alternative. That system was hard to use, the grab bar was intrusive and in the way of everything, not to mention never worked right unless you throw you whole body weight into pulling it open. A simple google search turned up several results and I settled on the Grass Flap. It was fairly straightforward to install, didn't have to get too creative to get it to work. I just finished my first mow with it, and let me tell you, I should have had this system all along. This works so well I feel stupid for having ever installed the advanced chute system for the last 4 years! The grass flap is literally perfect, way to operate, fast, and has less moving parts and stupid stuff going on like the other product,
After a couple of weeks of research, I decided to go with the Grassflap for a couple of reasons. First I liked the idea of no-drill and second the foot pedal design -didn't want to risk having a lever rod that might interfere with the drive levers. Fit my mower perfectly without any modifications and looks great. This is my second mower I’ve added the grass flap to. Hands down the best chute blocker. And customer support is top notch.
Works good. Only issue is had to clearance foot petal bracket to be able to open hatch over deck.
