These GrassFlaps are great units, and the customer service is even better. I accidentally ordered the wrong part, and David had called to check on it since it didn't match the unit I ordered. My boss said Josh had ordered these exact parts before, so we went ahead with it, but as soon as I opened the package I realized my mistake.

You helped me get the correct spring mount (10-99-31) for my John Deere Z960M, and everything is working great. I appreciate you taking care of the refund for the incorrect part as well.
