10-99-67 H3L1 Hand Lever Assembly
The H3L1 hand lever is designed to mount on the side of the mowing tower near the hand controls to allow a short reach to open and close the GrassFlap. No leaning or twisting to reach the handle. The hand lever has a larger base and angled handle for easy mounting and operation. The cable exits off the handle at a downward angle toward front of mower.

Absolutely changed how I use my grassflap. Upgraded to the handle right after I caught a sign with my se pedal & snapped the cable. I also noticed when I changed out the pedal for the hand assembly that I had smashed/bent the pedal from riding while stepping on it to hold it open. With the new assembly, using the 2 positions it's so much better at least for me to get the desired affect that I originally sought to get with the grassflap. I am 1000% happy with any & all purchases from grass flap & recommend them to everyone. I'm also actively trying to get my dealer to add some in stock!
