I love Grass Flaps, they are by far the best operator controlled discharge chute on he market. We have 4 of them at work and they are great. I ordered a part I didn't end up needing to fix one of them after someone caught it on a curb. I shipped it back and the refund hit my account 2 days later. Great products and customer service
