The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces.
CHECK THE DECK RIB DESIGN BEFORE ORDERING. REQUIRES AEROCORE DECK WITH SCALLOPED RIB FOR DIRECT BOLT. WILL WORK ON STANDER B MODELS WITH 48" AND LARGER DECKS.
OPTION: Use on AEROCORE DECK WITH STRAIGHT RIB BY DRILLING HOLE IN RIB. The benefit is you eliminate drilling holes in the deck and it provides a consistent location

$400 dollar part but yet cheaped out on the pin which connects the cable flap and snapped off on the first property. Two zip ties hold up way better
So I was split between give a 4 or 5 star review. The grassflap itself is amazing. However, my issue came with installation. It took me 3 and 1/2 hours to install it mainly because there was missing hardware that I had to go get the right bolt and nut for. Also, instructions were not very clear for all mowers. I had a wright standard b that I was getting the grass flat for but the instructions and table routing were not very clear because they were based off of it x model and ZK model. I was just reassembling and disassembling multiple times to get it right. However, it works great now that I've got it fully installed and am pleased with the results
This is my 4th grassflap and this is the first one that i can not give a perfect 5 stars . The cable is to long! You could easily take 20 inches off the cable length and it would make a much cleaner install. Also the foot pedal makes no sense and is awkward to use on the stander x . I would like to see a t shaped pedal that way it would be easier to use both feet . Beyond those 2 complaints the fit is perfect, build quality and materials are top notch .

Would def buy for future mowers, love it on my stand on and will def upgrade my hand operated chute to a grass flap! Worth the money
