The No-Drill mount eliminates the need for drilling holes in your deck to mount the blocker plate. Fits 54", 60" and 72" inch 7-iron decks.
Includes angle to eliminate drilling holes at discharge opening and two washers to utilize existing holes in foot deck to mount pedal.

doesn't stay shut tight when cutting grass and some concerns about the material not being metal in the long run, for the price I expected more. It does function amazing after a very confusing install. Definitely happy to have one on the mower
This was a little technically advanced to install but it functions very well and I was surprised how it came together so sturdy.
I have been using it for about a month now. Works fantastic. Having owned other hand activated deflectors, this one is much more convenient.
You have to drill 2 holes in my application to make it work for
JD 636m.
Rest of the mounting is common sense.
IMO the whole grass flap product is expensive but effective

Combined with some mulching blades, it does great. I've been used to using John Deere's Mulch On Demand kit, but they missed out not implementing a foot pedal system. I absolutely love the foot pedal.
It took a while shaping the cover, but I finally found a way to completely cover the entire flap. I initially had a problem with grass flying back up through a small gap. I ended up using some of the excess flap I cut off to close that gap.
The other minor problem was that I was limited on where I could put the pedal. Having the option for an additional lever joint in the cord could fix this issue. Either way, I'm still happy with the product.
Works as advertised. Instructions could be a little more specific. Would buy again.
This mount works great and keeps you from drilling into your deck.
I so enjoy my Grass Flap with no drill mount. I want to thank the guy who wrote a review saying he wish he had known about the no drill mount. I can mow and not get grass in the mulch and flower beds. Thanks to my husband for putting it all together.

I am very happy with the grass flap, a lot of lawns that used to have to put the bagger on to keep grass out of flower beds. now I just step on the pedal in the door restaurant closes and nothing is blown into the bed or driveways, walkways, cars very happy with the product.
I bought the extra no drill bracket , install was very easy and fast. Overall grassflap was easy to install , cable was a little tricky . Had a question about pedal bc mine was different from video on website , called David left voice-mail he called me the next Morning with help and we were all good . I have mowed 40 yards so far and I love it . Will definitely buy more in the future .
It took me a little while to figure out exactly how this was supposed to work and exactly how I wanted it mounted on my particular model (Deere R997). But after I bolted everything down and made a couple of adjustments, it works great. Unit is well made and fit up nice.
Easy to install. We had the entire system up and running in about 30 minutes. Would have been faster but it was three grown men installing and well we all know that instructions are for dummy's.
They worked great on my newer units but I had to drill one hole for the grass flap I purchased in 2016. Overall, gotta says thanks for adapters
