The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker is the ideal OCDC, operator controlled discharge chute. The foot-operation allows the user to close the discharge chute at any time, any place without taking their hands off the mower€™s controls. The chute blocker plate opens a full 180 degrees and completely clears the edge of the mower to allow the mower to fit in those tight spaces. The GrassFlap® brand chute blocker fits most zero-turn mowers.

What's Included
The kit includes everything needed to install and operate the GrassFlap® brand chute blocker.
This includes:
- 2-piece steel and heavy-duty plastic flap assembly to mount to discharge opening
- 5L pedal (10-99-41)
- 70" cable (10-99-07)
- Scag no-drill mount (A1)
- Mounting hardware for installation
The 5L Pedal has the cable exit the pedal parallel to mounting surface and has an L shaped base for mounting.
Installation
Assembly is required. Direct bolt to deck using existing factory tabs. In most cases, foot pedal will mount to existing holes on foot platform. Modification to blocker plate size and shape may be required for best fit on some mowers

Works as advertised. Easy to install on my Scag Tiger Cat 2 with 61" deck. Hardest part was routing the cable so it works with the foot platform when it's lifted all the way up to change blades. Would recommend it, works good
Great quality and product. I have two other zero turn mowers with the hand operated OCD CHUTES, and will not buy anything but the GrassFlap foot pedal operated from this point forward. No drill easy install. Thanks GrassFlap.

This is my second grassflap. My first was on my Hustler zero turn for 8 years and I loved it. I recently sold it and bought my new Scag and had to have another GrassFlap! So nice to use your foot to work the chute instead of your hand on a zero turn.
Love the way it works but it was a little tedious to assemble. Wish I had ordered the steel one because this one didn't stay curved even after using the heat gun and clamping overnight. Overall, it works very well after we got it adjusted.
This is my 4th glass flap, I wouldn't think about getting any other blocker
Just got this installed today pretty straightforward install. A few hiccups but overall it's awesome. Great American company. Wish I had one of these on my old Scag mower.

This isn't my first one so I knew what to expect. For what you pay the kit should be together and the flap bent. Its basically a bunch of parts. Its the ikea of chute deflectors. Once you get them together they do work very well.

I love the product! It wasn't as difficult to install as I made it. It took me a while because I over think everything. Only thing I wish they would do is already have the plate that blocks the grass bent for the specific discharge hole, so I don't have to bend it.
I love the grassflap. it took me a little while to figure out how to put on but it works great. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet but I believe it will be a great addition to my mower. it's a very well built product that I will most likely be putting on any new mowers I get from here on out.
Absolutely fell in love with the grass flap. i have one on my Scag Tiger Cat II 52" and my trim mower Scag Liberty Z 36". Hands down the best on the market.
Works great. Took a minute to figure out how to flip it up; instead of pushing hard it has to be quick. Works good after I figured it out
